THE PRECAUTIONS from Portsmouth contribute 4 melodic punk tracks from 1979, the singer reappearing to front Red Letter Day the following decade. RU12 from Coventry are next up with both sides of their insanely-rare (100 copies) 7" plus two more studio tracks that recently surfaced. Scotland's BELSEN HORRORS included a later member of the Exploited and future garage bands such as the Wildebeests & Green Telescope. F/EFFEKT were a short-lived Surrey punk band that made an acetate (6 copies) of a proposed 7" that went no further. Finally, THE MISTAKES were Roxy Club/ Vortex support staples in 1977-78 who included a young Max Splodge on drums
