This is the vinyl version of the very well received demo tape which originally came out on the Conviction Label. Ten songs here in ten minutes so once the `intro` is out of the way it`s straight down to business with some raging hard core. My initial thoughts are that this lot have been sat around listening to a lot of RIPCORD and the opening songs have that edge to it. Rapidly moving onto `Rights of the Poor` and the guitar kicks in with a lovely crunching RINGWORM / INFEST tone. That heavy and slow HC CHUG does it for me. This is definitely not a one paced record and it jumps between that slower heavy crunch into some blistering thrash which brings to mind INFEST and VOORHEES. Lins has a great voice after honing it for many years across bands like VENGEANCE of GAIA and TIED DOWN. Lyrics cover socially aware topics but some are personal and straight to the point with `Liar` and `Self-worth` standing out. This record cracks on and before you know it you`re onto the INFEST cover to end side B. This band are doing a tried and tested formula but I can`t think of too many in the UK doing it like this so it stands out. Scene Report Records down in Wales has done a killer job with the pressing and packaging of this. Nice lyric insert, stickers and clear vinyl. This band are pressing all the right buttons and are standing out in a very strong UK scene
