Reissue of this cult, but much loved UK DIY rarity from 1981. A mix of female groups under the umbrella of DIY outsider electronic music, punk, post punk, the highlight of which is the PETTICOATS, who had an excellent single called “Normal”, and just general great weirdness as occupied the UK in the years following the sudden rise and crash of punk which left the DIY ethos as a common string amongst so much incredible and creative music. Also includes SUB VERSE and SOLE SISTER. Highly recommended
