Side A boasts 9 songs recorded in August 1983 , a wild and chaotic show marked by constant stage invasions and crowd participation; meanwhile on the B side 5 songs from April 1983 that if anything are even more angry and intense. Of particular note both sets include a pre-first LP version of the DISORDER classic, "Education" with original drummer Virus behind the kit, and the pace across all the live songs is a touch slower and much more powerful than after he was replaced by Pottsy from CHAOS U.K.
Side B is rounded off with 4 studio tracks, featuring rough mix versions of some of the songs from the classic "Mental Disorder" EP (These versions were only ever released before on the legendary "Be Bad, Be Glad" compilation tape).
