Chuzpe were probably the first Austrian punk band in 1977. In 1979 this 7" was ready for release, but somehow never happened (even though the sleeve artwork had also been prepared), for reasons which have been lost in the mists of time. Some months later they instead released a cover of "Love Will Tear Us Apart" and took on a new style in the 1980's. Forty-plus years later, the 7" is finally issued. Raw, poppy and slightly jangly punk with a New Wave edge that lurches into the dreaded "quirky" on the flip-side.
