Image of SOFT KILL Heresy LP

Limited, 500-only numbered Euro repress of this quickly sold-out US LP from 2015. Probably the best record to come out of the whole post-punk renewal, a brooding, hypnotic and bass-heavy six-tracker with some fantastic tunes. Moody, cinematic and taking the best out of vintage Joy Division without being some half-assed “revival”. ‘Hit The Floor’ was the track of 2015

From the label:

"SOFT KILL is the brainchild of Tobias Grave as a follow up of previous band BLESSURE GRAVE. In fall 2010, the project started demoing their first tracks which already showed their shared devotion to goth pop and post punk acts of the early 80’s. Indeed, the band’s debut full-length, “An Open Door”, is haunted by the ghosts of The Cure, Killing Joke and Magazine. After a couple of years hiatus, Soft Kill came back with their sophomore record entitled "Heresy", a six tracks collection that confirmed the band's great sense and ability in composing moody and sensitive but straight to the bones tunes that won't leave you heartless"
